We strive 24 X 7 to satisfy you and your satisfaction is the only thing we give importance to over all other priorities. If you are not satisfied with any of our products, or require any assistance, we would be happy to assist or replace the items for you and nothing values more for us than a happy customer.
However, our Return and Refund Policy states that the products returned can only be replaced and any refunds to be issued are to be confirmed with us prior via email or call. Though we cannot reimburse you the shipping or handling charges, we would return your money in case we do not find a replacement satisfactory for you and with the refund request meeting our refund norms.
Also, the return or refund requests are acceptable only up to 30 days from the date of delivery for both non-furniture items and small packaged furniture item or items. In case of large truck load delivery the grace period to accept the return or refund requests is limited only up to 5 days from the date of delivery of the furniture item or items. We only consider the furniture orders that are more than or equivalent to 100 LBS as Large Truckloads. The authorized return products should reach our warehouse and the product must be in pristine order before the replacement or refund is initialized and the returned product must meet all our norms. The RMA is valid only for 30 days from the date of its creation for non-furniture and small package furniture orders, and 5 days for large truck load orders. Returns of furniture products (both small packaged and large truck load delivery) are subject to 35% restocking fee.
We would request our customers to keep the original packaging while sending it back for a refund or replacement along with all the accessories, warranty documents and instruction manuals and the products must be in the same condition as shipped. However, we do not refund or take back the “Clearance sale” products and the items that belong to open media (like CDs, DVDs, etc.), used or Worn out or torn garments, limited edition items or products that have missing items from them.
We would request our customers to give us a 15 day (business days) time from the date of receiving the item at our warehouse for either shipping the replacement or reimbursing the total amount, sans the shipping / handling charges.
