These power weight balls are available in 4 different weights of 1 pound, 2 pound and 3 pounds and are of sizes 4" x 4" x 4", 5" x 5" x 5" and 5" x 5" x 5" respectively. These power weight balls are color coded as well to distinguish between each other as 1 pound ball in Green, 2 pound ball in Grey, 3 pound ball in Purple, and 4 pound ball in Blue. The weight in these balls are due to the sand and air filled within and hence do not bounce as normal balls.

Easy to grip ball that can be used in multiple ways. I'm very happy to have bought this. I also use it for my tai chi practice. Great product.
