Mountain climber:

Plank Spiderman:

Start in plank position, arms rested on the floor and whole body support on the elbows. And lift left foot off the floor, bring close your left knee to the chest and tap the floor with your left toe. Repeat alternatively in swift and controlled movements.

Forward Lunge:

Stand straight with your hands either on hips or besides your ears. Now, step forward on your left foot and bend your knees 90 degrees and lower your hips. In this position, you’ll be half kneeling. Push through your heels to get back to the original position. Repeat alternatively.

Repeat toe taps after every set of exercise. The second set of exercises is the core muscle group exercises for planks. This includes front plank and side planks.
